To register and use KingBett's services, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• Not being on any self-exclusion list or prohibition list issued by any authority.
• Not registering on behalf of another individual or business entity.

KingBett is not liable for any losses suffered by third parties as a result of the platform being used by an ineligible individual. All losses arising from fraudulent registration are the full responsibility of the registering party.

Each applicant is only permitted to register one (1) account on KingBett. Owning or using more than one account, whether directly or indirectly, is considered a serious violation that may result in all associated accounts being closed and balances returned after deducting any wins obtained using bonuses.

During registration, you are required to provide your full name as it appears on your identification document, a valid IC or passport number, an active mobile number, and a valid and active email address. This information is used for identity verification (KYC), payment processing, and official communications.

You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. KingBett will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to secure your login credentials.

• Report any suspicious activity in your account to our support team immediately.

KingBett supports a variety of popular deposit and withdrawal methods in Malaysia, including FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay, and direct bank transfer. All methods are available through your account with no added hassle.

In the event of any discrepancy between results displayed on the platform and the actual results recorded in the server system, the results recorded in KingBett's server system shall be final and binding. This applies to all game types including slots, live casino, sports betting, and esports.

• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled or modified.
• In the event of a technical issue affecting game outcomes, KingBett reserves the right to void the round in question and refund the bet.
• For sports betting, the odds displayed at the time the bet is placed shall apply, even if the odds change afterwards.
• Bets placed after an event has ended are void and will be cancelled.

The following are strictly prohibited on the KingBett platform:

• Registering or using multiple accounts.
• Using automation software, bots, or scripts to play or wager.
• Manipulating or attempting to manipulate game outcomes through technical means or collusion.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activities or money laundering.
• Abusing bonuses or exploiting weaknesses in the promotions system.
• Sharing your account with another individual or allowing a third party to use your account.

You may close your KingBett account at any time by contacting our customer support. Before closure, ensure all balances have been withdrawn, as KingBett is not responsible for any remaining balance left after an account has been closed for more than 90 days.

KingBett reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account without prior notice if:

• Suspected fraud, misconduct, or illegal activity is detected.
• Member violates any term in this document.
• A request has been received from a relevant law enforcement authority.
• Account has been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.

For accounts closed due to a terms violation, KingBett reserves the right to forfeit all balances including wins. Account closure decisions are final; however, members may appeal through official support channels within 14 days of the closure date.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws applicable in KingBett's operating jurisdiction. Any dispute arising from or related to the use of this platform shall be resolved through the following process in stages:

• First Level: Official complaint to the KingBett support team — resolved within 7 business days.
• Second Level: Escalation to KingBett's Compliance Department — resolved within 14 business days.
• Third Level: Independent arbitration through a recognized body.
